Sweet Reading SSEW Speakers sign and give away
SAN FRANCISCO, CA-- We have some exciting SSEW Symposium swag to give away! Follow us on twitter @COAST_UCSF for the chance to win books signed by SSEW Symposium speakers and authors Dr. Rob Lustig, Dr. David Kessler, and Anahad O'Connor of the New York Times.
First on the list to give away on October 13 is Dr. Lustig's book "Fat Chance: Beating the Odds Against Sugar, Processed Food, Obesity, and Disease" and "The Fat Chance Cookbook". Dr. Lustig is a pediatric endocrinologist at UC San Francisco, director at the UCSF Weight Assessment for Teen and Child Health (WATCH) Clinic, Sugar Scientist and SSEW Initiative investigator. You can see his lecture on sugar which has gathered over 6 million views, and the closing remarks and panel discussion he moderated from the 2015 SSEW Symposium "Gut Feelings" focused on the microbiome and gut health.
