Savannah King, BA

Savannah King is an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator working under Dr. Cindy Leung in the Department of Psychiatry. Her primary responsibilities include interviewing food insecure parents and children about stress and mental health, managing a Photovoice project with participants from Dr. Leung's qualitative analysis of mental health in food insecure families, and data analysis. Her research interests include food insecurity, pregnancy, and nutrition. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Public Health in May of 2015 and hopes to return to graduate school in 2018 to pursue a degree in Nurse-Midwifery.
